FINANCING

Several of the procedures performed at Fox Eye are considered "elective" or not medically necessary. Examples include laser correction, facial rejuvenation and some eyelid surgeries. If the procedure is not covered by insurance, we appreciate payment at the time of service. We accept most major credit cards. We also encourage patients to check with their employer benefits coordinator as some services may qualify for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement, which enables patients to use pre-tax income for payment.

We understand that some people may not be in a position to make a full payment at the time of service. Therefore, information about financing is available through our office. Since finance companies have different qualifying criteria, we work with a variety of companies to give our patients options.
