DIRECTIONS
Our office, as well as the Surgery Center, is conveniently located one block east of Interstate 380 near the H Avenue exit in Cedar Rapids.
- If traveling north or south on 1-380, use Exit #21, which is the
H Avenue exit.
- If traveling on First Avenue, turn north/west at 16th Street, NE.
The street Stay on 16th and it becomes H Avenue. We are located at 1136
H Avenue, NE.
- If traveling south on Center Point Road, turn right at the H Avenue intersection.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
